Return Policy


How do I return a package?
The Gourmet Kitchen guarantees all merchandise we sell. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us for a refund of the merchandise value minus a 10% re-stocking fee as long as it is within 30 days of the purchase date and the item is in salable condition. All products must be returned in original condition and packaging with all parts, warranty cards, manuals and any other documentation.

If you need to return your merchandise for any reason, please repack the product in the original packing materials used to ship it to you, and enclose your item receipt. When sending an item back to us, we suggest that you use a shipping service that provides tracking since we are not responsible for lost return shipments.

We'll notify you via e-mail once we've received your returned item. You can expect a refund to be issued via credit card or check (depending on how you paid) within 2 business days.

Returns that will not qualify for a refund are rare, but include:

  • Items being returned more than 30 days past the shipment date.
  • Items being returned without ALL original manuals, parts and packaging.
  • Items that are not in their original condition, or items that are damaged, or missing parts.

    How do I exchange an item?
    You can exchange an item within 30 days of the purchase date by returning it using the Return the instructions above and indicating what item you want instead. When we receive the exchange, we'll credit or charge your card the difference between your original purchase and your new one.

    Defective Items
    If your item is defective, please contact the manufacturer for instructions as most of the time they can resolve the problem with you directly. If the problem is not satisfactorily resolved, please contact The Gourmet Kitchen Customer Service Department at 1-800-355-7745 and we will help resolve the problem.

    Damages
    Should a shipment arrive damaged, please notify us within the 72 hours of receiving the shipment and we will arrange to have a replacement sent out right away.
